Idaho Custom Elevators is a family-owned and run business by Jason and Jennifer Hockman. Jason and Jennifer have been members of this community their whole lives. Working in Boise and the Treasure Valley community is important to them and their family.
Jason has a passion for the elevator trade and has spent over 15 years working for major companies. He has his mechanics license as well as extensive knowledge and troubleshooting skills in a variety of elevator brands. Jason was unhappy with the quality of service provided to the customers while he was working for the larger companies, this, in turn, led him to buy a smaller company so he could make customer service a priority once again.
Jennifer manages the office and sales departments. During her time as a stay at home mom, she has headed up many committees for the community and their church all while raising their three kids. With all her responsibilities she has enhanced her organization and efficiency skills. Jennifer is excited to work with you in finding the right equipment to meet your needs.
Together they wanted to start a business with the sole purpose of supporting and serving their customers and community. Jason and Jennifer strive for integrity in all aspects of their lives. As they work with you, they promise to give you quality service and products that they can stand behind.
